We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Management Office team as an Executive / Senior Executive . The selected candidate will work closely with the Plant Head in the capacity of an Executive Assistant, primarily supporting day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the Plant Head and the administrative block. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other engagements. Organize and facilitate meetings involving department heads and other stakeholders. Ensure the proper upkeep and discipline of conference rooms, visitor areas, and the administrative premises. Maintain and validate records and files associated with the Plant Head's office. Oversee document management and the organization of record rooms. Monitor and report daily production data. Utilize SAP systems for relevant operational tasks. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Qualifications & Experience: Strong verbal and written communication skills. A Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in any discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 2 to 10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in supporting senior management personnel with administrative and operational assistance.
