The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and operational management experience in the Chemical or Pharmaceutical manufacturing sector to drive productivity, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and safety . Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency , reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements (GMP, ISO, EHS, etc.). Oversee resource planning , budgeting, and team management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence . Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance departments to meet production targets. Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when needed. Lead audits and ensure readiness for customer and regulatory inspections. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes . Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational abilities. Deep understanding of GMP, EHS, and other industry compliance standards . Ability to drive productivity and build high-performing teams. Experience in a DCS-operated plant is an advantage and a plus point for the candidate.

Key Responsibilities: Convert rough sketches, hand drawings, or design concepts into precise technical drawings. Prepare architectural, structural, mechanical, or electrical drawings as per project requirements. Assist engineers, architects, and designers in developing accurate drawings and documentation. Revise and update drawings based on feedback, design changes, or field modifications. Maintain drawing records and ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Maintain version control and drawing revisions for all projects Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings. Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and contractors to clarify design intent. Support site teams by providing updated drawings and technical clarifications. Organize and archive project drawings and CAD files systematically. Stay updated on AutoCAD features, drafting standards, and industry best practices. Required Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of process pipelines & machinery installation or electrical drawings . Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings . Understanding of dimensioning, tolerances, scales, and annotations . Basic understanding of engineering concepts or manufacturing methods .
