This role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition, divestiture, and strategic investment opportunities that align with the companys growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation. Key Responsibilities: Deal Sourcing & Strategy: Identify potential acquisition and partnership opportunities Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and target companies. The incumbent will handle both direct and indirect taxes for the group. Your responsibilities include planning and ensuring statutory compliances related to Direct and Indirect Tax, executing tax planning between inter-companies, independently handling Income tax proceedings such as Regular Assessments and appeals before Commissioner (Appeals) for all Group Companies. You will appear before Tax authorities, including Appellate Tribunal and High Court, with Tax Consultants.
