The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood education practices. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Teach basic skills such as colours, shapes, numbers, letters, and social manners through storytelling, songs, and games. Maintain individual student records, including observations and assessments. Communicate regularly with parents about their childs progress and well-being. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour with patience and positive reinforcement. Ensure hygiene and safety of the children at all times. Requirements: Diploma / Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCEd / Montessori, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Warm, patient, and energetic personality Creative and resourceful approach to teaching Ability to manage a group of young children effectively
