As a Supply Chain Management and Logistics Architect at Stefanini Inc., you play a crucial role in aligning business needs with technological solutions to maximize the value of Medline's technology investments. Your responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of solutions within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics landscape, focusing on Workforce Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and cloud application modernization. You will lead the design, analysis, and realization of high-quality solutions for systems and applications, with a particular emphasis on WMS, TMS, and cloud modernization. It is essential to develop and maintain detailed technical designs for software applications while adhering to modern architecture principles, patterns, and best practices. Additionally, you will oversee application design reviews to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. Your role also involves providing guidance to the IT team on development practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing, validation, monitoring, security, and system integrations to ensure adherence to Medline standards. Collaboration with management, business leaders, IT architects, and other stakeholders is crucial to prioritize and execute the IT roadmap in alignment with operational decisions. To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. You must possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and systems, particularly in Distribution and Transportation. Experience with major WMS and TMS platforms, along with their integrations with various systems, is essential. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in application development, including at least 10 years in end-to-end application development and 5 years as an Architect, you should also have expertise in migrating and modernizing applications to the Azure cloud. Strong problem-solving skills, communication, leadership, and agile development principles are necessary for this role. If you have experience leading successful global or regional WMS/TMS implementations, migrations, or upgrades, it would be considered a preferred skill.
