Merchant Engagement/Strategic Partnership/Alliance - AM/Manager

You will be responsible for driving the EMI business in the designated territory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Mapping brands and coordinating with OEMs - Acquiring and managing ISPs to drive EMI volume and increase counter share - Being well-connected in the CDIT/CD industry - Independently driving EMI volume and ensuring MOM growth - Achieving monthly and quarterly EMI (Brand & Bank) targets - Building, managing ISP channels, and scaling business - Conducting market visits as per the Beat Plan The key skills required for this role are: - 6-8 years of experience - Strong understanding of clients and their requirements - Self-motivated and self-driven with a zeal to perform - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desired skills and experience include sales, client relationships, and enterprise sales. Your key result areas (KRAs) will be: 1. Revenue growth 2. Market outreach and coverage 3. Business growth and scale-up 4. Quality of business targets 5. Relationship management with internal stakeholders Key imperatives for this role are: 1.
