You will be joining Prosperity Peak Advisor Private Limited as a Business Development Manager located at Spaze Itech Park, Sector 49, Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new business opportunities in the Business-to-Business sector. With 3-8 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector, you must have an excellent rapport with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Investment Bankers, Merchant Bankers & DSAs. Your primary duties will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying market trends, and competitor activities to recommend sales strategies. You will be required to conduct market research, meet sales targets, and deliver presentations to potential clients. Additionally, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, traveling pan India as required, and staying updated with industry developments and best practices will be part of your responsibilities. Key Result Areas (KRAs) will include achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets, increasing the client base by acquiring new business accounts, developing and implementing effective business development strategies, enhancing brand visibility and market presence in the B2B sector, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing timely and accurate reports on business development activities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company in the B2B domain. The ideal candidate for this position will possess an MBA in Finance, exhibit an attractive and pleasing personality, be ambitious, and a go-getter. The salary offered is 6-12 Lakh/annum with a very lucrative incentive structure. Travel will be required within Delhi NCR and Gurgaon.
