Your ability to analyze quality and performance metrics to drive efficiency within the team will be essential. Strong resource workload management skills and the ability to influence others and make sound business decisions are key qualifications for this position. You will be tasked with developing strategies to scale and streamline asset acquisition and product turn-in processes. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will identify opportunities to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the turn-in process. Your role will also involve overseeing the item setup process, ensuring timely live dates of products, and driving continuous process efficiency and performance improvements. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team to ensure high levels of engagement, performance, and collaboration. You will set clear goals and expectations aligned with business objectives, conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, and support employee development.
