coordinate with international buyers to understand product requirements specification pricing and shipment timelines
manage complete order execution from sampling and production follow up to final shipment
prepare and review export documentation such as invoices packing list Lc documents and shipping instructions.
communicate with production quality logistics and warehouses teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
Monitor product development and sampling to meet buyer standards and approval deadlines
negotiation prices delivery schedules and terms with buyers and suppliers to maintain cost efficiency and profitability
track production progress and resolve any issues related to quality materials or timelines
coordinates with freight forwardness and clearing agents for booking documentation and shipments handlings
maintain MIS reports on orders shipments, costing and buyers communication for management review
ensure compliances with export regulations certification and buyer audit requirement for smooth international trade operations
