As a Senior Visual Merchandiser at Duke Fashions, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the retail experience at Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs), and Large Format Stores (LFS) in Ludhiana. With 58 years of experience in fashion/apparel visual merchandising, you will report directly to the Head of Retail Operations/Marketing Manager and be responsible for developing and executing captivating in-store narratives that align with the brand's identity. Your key responsibilities will include creating and implementing visual storytelling concepts for window displays, in-store zones, and marketing campaigns. You will be tasked with crafting seasonal VM guidelines, managing space planning and fixture layouts, executing window displays, and conducting trend forecasting to ensure Dukes" presentation remains innovative and market-relevant. Additionally, you will lead store audits, train store teams on VM execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless alignment. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong sense of visual storytelling, fashion aesthetics, and concept development. Proficiency in space planning, fixture layout, window display execution, and trend forecasting is essential. You should also be well-versed in VM guidelines, retail display tools, and brand compliance. Experience with design tools like Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, or SketchUp, coupled with excellent organizational and time management skills, will set you up for success in managing multiple projects across regions. Ideally, you should hold a Degree/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Communication, or Interior Design and have hands-on experience in both franchisee and company-owned store formats. Your willingness to travel frequently for store visits and rollouts across India, along with the ability to train store teams on VM guidelines, will be crucial for your success in this role.
