Role & responsibilities We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design, with expertise in production drawings, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software such as SketchUp and 3D Max. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of junior designers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Production Drawings : Create detailed production drawings that accurately represent design concepts and specifications. Software Proficiency : Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design projects, and employ SketchUp and 3D Max for 3D modeling and visualization. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity. Color Expertise : Apply color theory and expertise to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional designs. Customer Requirement Understanding : Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into effective design solutions.
