Prepare Purchase Plan with vendor lead times, dispatch mode, and project delivery alignment. Ensure order completion (indent PO delivery) within 7 calendar days . Maintain project-wise material tracking dashboard . Vendor Management & Credit Optimization Source and finalize MEPF vendors with minimum 3 days credit (extendable to 7 days).
