You will be joining INI Design Studio, an award-winning multidisciplinary design practice with a presence in multiple cities in India and the USA. As a Project Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the complete execution of MEPF systems at construction sites. This includes supervision of HVAC, electrical, low voltage, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Your role will also involve ensuring high-quality standards through meticulous QA/QC processes, seamless coordination with civil teams, and efficient management of project timelines and resources. Your key responsibilities will include leading the on-site execution of MEPF systems to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, collaborating with architects, clients, and contractors for project alignment, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, providing technical guidance to on-site teams, managing procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation for MEPF services, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during project execution, and overseeing that all MEPF installations comply with relevant codes and standards. The ideal candidate for this role would be a local professional with a proven track record in MEPF project execution, possessing strong leadership skills and technical expertise. You are required to hold a Masters or Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering along with a minimum of 8+ years of industry experience, including at least 5 years of on-site experience. Your skillset should include proven experience in MEPF engineering execution for large-scale building or infrastructure projects encompassing HVAC, Electrical, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems. Additionally, you should have strong client and architect coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead a team of engineers on-site for building projects.,
