Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate MEP Trainer/Faculty to join our team at CADDESK, Ameerpet. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM, MEP, and HVAC systems and be skilled at delivering engaging training sessions to learners ranging from freshers to experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive training on BIM, MEP, and HVAC concepts, tools, and software. Develop and update course materials to keep pace with industry trends. Conduct practical sessions and workshops for hands-on learning. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Guide students in project work and industry readiness. Collaborate with the training team to enhance program quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduation in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Strong knowledge of BIM, MEP, and HVAC systems. Experience ranging from freshers to 8 years in relevant fields or teaching roles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners. Experience: Freshers with strong foundational knowledge are welcome. Up to 8 years of relevant industry or training experience. Salary: Competitive and commensurate with previous work experience.
