Role & responsibilities : i. Tender : Receive Tender, Tender analysis, Identification of vendors, Floating BOQ/RFP, preparation og prebid queries, attend the client meetings, preparation of detailed comparison, item wise rate analysis preparation, Proposal preparation & taking approvals, commercial negotiations, Risk assessment, Documents compliances as per RFP, submission of proposals and follow ups. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software, Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills required. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and specifications. ii. Procurement : Post award of tender, Taking final quotes from vendor, vendor negotiations, documents compliances, taking approvals, issuance of PO and materials tracking, vendor mitigation, risk assessments, follow ups, supplier evaluation, vendor rating, etc. Candidate shall have market knowledge, product knowledge with discount structures for all kinds of MEP items. Candidate shall be enabled to engage many new vendors as much as possible and develop the vendor base. Market Research & Benchmarking: Stay updated on market rates, materials, and labor costs to enhance competitive pricing Preferred candidate profile : Industries expertise- Similar to MEP GC contracting Education- BE-Electrical/Mechanical
