Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an experienced MEP - Multi Technician to join our maintenance team in T. Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including lighting, wiring, switchgear, and DB panels
• Handle plumbing issues such as leakage, drainage, and sanitary fittings
• Conduct mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems, motors, pumps, and other utilities
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operating in compliance with safety and operational standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report to the facility manager
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

Key Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in MEP-related maintenance
• Strong knowledge in Electrical systems, Plumbing, and Mechanical equipment
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / relevant trade preferred
• Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns
• Immediate joiners will be given priority

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
