• Qualifications Diploma / B.E (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Age Around 28–35 years
• Experience Minimum 5–7 years of experience in MEP supervision works in Residential / Commercial / Hospitality projects
• Computer Knowledge MS Word / Excel / AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)
• Other Specific Experience Experience in working on high-rise buildings will be an added advantage CTC Budget Up to 6 LPA
• Job Description
• Supervise day-to-day site MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other site engineers for smooth workflow.
• Check material quality, workmanship, and ensure timely execution of works.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update the project manager regularly.
• Assist in testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules and quality control procedures.
• Report any discrepancies or delays to the MEP Engineer / Project Manager.
