Key Responsibilities: Procure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) materials as per project requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Evaluate vendor proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance. Negotiate contracts and payment terms with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials. Collaborate with project and site teams to forecast material needs. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation. Resolve supply chain issues and address material discrepancies promptly. Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 35 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on MEP materials. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and materials. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and procurement software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
