Executive/Senior Executive| Assistant Manager-MEP The incumbent is responsible for managing implementation of MEP services in a project to ensure timeliness and quality of MEP activities. This is done through: tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities for projects with Project Management Consultants/ MEP contractors driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality norms timely resolution of issues implementation of all quality and safety initiatives at given location Tracks spends against allocated project budget Develops a cost effective plan for the MEP part of infrastructure [Quality services within budgets] Revises costs as per the requirements through a joint discussion with AVP Projects & GM Design, sends to HO for final sign off.
