Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 10 years in real estate project execution, with at least 5 8 years in high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial projects.

Job Requirements The Quality Manager (QM) Services will be responsible for setting Quality standards ( SOPs / Check list / Handing over document etc) for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing ( MEP) activities of Titan retail network expansion covering all brands. The QM Services also involve implementation of detailed audits covering Site data reports ( SDR) / Design full kits ( Design detailing / BOQs etc) / WIP projects / Handing over process including testing & commissioning of equipment and providing project wise score cards.
