MEP Billing Manager Location: Head Office Department: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Reports To: GM (MEP) Job Summary: The MEP Billing Manager is responsible for verifying measurements, bills, and managing all MEP-related billing activities for construction projects. This role ensures timely closure of bills, coordination with site teams, verification of BOQ, claimed quantities, checking of MB, actual measurement at site, and tracking payments and variations in line with project progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. Billing & Documentation: Checking of contractor bills for MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting). Verify MEP quantities from GFC drawings and site execution.
