- Responsible for the execution of complete Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing works as per schedule of the project for Highrise building.
- Additionally, should have handled HVAC / Ventilation /STP/WTP/Fire-fighting system for a Highrise residential building.
- Coordinate with Vendors for Installation of MEP services
- Prepare/Verify BOQ/Estimates. Contractor Bill Verification & recording joint measurements.
- Progress reviews, time & cost follow up.
- Receive, Issue, study, understand, execute as per drawings & specifications.
- Should have handled Testing, Pre commissioning and Commissioning
- Preparing AS BUILT Drawings
