MEP Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:

  Oversee execution of all MEPF systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Coordination & Integration:

  Coordinate with architects, structural, and civil teams to ensure seamless integration of MEPF services within overall project timelines.

• Technical Review & Compliance:

  Review design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance with NBC, IS, and IEC standards.

• Quality & Safety Management:

  Monitor quality of installation work and enforce adherence to safety protocols and best engineering practices across all site operations.

• Testing, Commissioning & Documentation:

  Supervise testing and commissioning of systems and maintain detailed records, checklists, and handover documentation.

• Vendor & Contractor Management:

  Liaise with contractors, vendors, and statutory bodies for inspections, approvals, and timely completion of MEPF works.

Education & Skills Required

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in industrial or warehouse construction (PEB experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, site supervision, quality, and safety practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
