Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute electrical installations including wiring, conduiting, DB dressing, lighting, earthing, and power systems.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
Coordinate with site engineers, civil teams, and subcontractors for MEP-related work sequencing.
Allocate tasks to electricians and monitor performance and productivity.
Ensure that electrical works are carried out as per standards, design, and client specifications.
Inspect and test installed systems for safety, efficiency, and compliance with local codes.
Maintain records of materials used, site progress, and labor deployment.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on-site.
Support in preparing daily/weekly progress reports for the management team.
Adhere to project timelines and escalate any delays or challenges.
