Job Description

Fire Fighting (Hydrant & sprinkler) Design Basis report, calculations & drawings Sewage design basis report, calculations & drawings.
Water supply design basis report, calculations & drawings
Project Planning & Execution.
Understanding of Technical drawings & Process of Execution
Collaborate with architects, structural, and civil engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
Perform load calculations, energy efficiency analysis, short-circuit studies, and system performance simulations.
Supervision & Controlling progress & quality of maintenance activities of various mechanical piping services
Prepare specifications, schedules, technical drawings (using BIM/CAD).
Preparation of BOQ, Technical specifications & Tender Documents for Mechanical systems (Equipment's & Piping and its accessories)
Good Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD
