Key Responsibilities

1. Create and curate original, high-quality fashion collections for runway or atelier presentations.
2. Maintain clarity in design philosophy and concept, ensuring strong craftsmanship and attention to detail.
3. Represent the brand at showroom stalls, interact with buyers, and engage with media for promotional opportunities.
4. Research seasonal fashion trends, market preferences, and inspiration sources to conceptualize innovative collections.
5. Sketch designs, select fabrics, develop prototypes, and carry out fittings to refine garments for show readiness.
6. Oversee production to guarantee quality, accuracy, and alignment with the core concept and technical specifications.
7. Work collaboratively with pattern makers, stylists, manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Fashion Design and the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative designs.
• Hands-on experience with Embroidery techniques and knowledge of textiles.
• Proper knowledge about fashion softwares and tools
• Proficient in Fitting and the creation of tailored garments.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of luxury menswear aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in menswear fashion, especially groomswear, is an added advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage deadlines.
