This role offers a monthly professional fee between INR 60,000 - 69,000 (Indian Rupees) plus company equipment and provides a permanent WORK-FROM-HOME set-up. JOB DESCRIPTION To ensure the effective delivery and management of IT solutions across the company's environment Responsible for providing technical support and analysis, managing infrastructure including network, end-user computers, servers, storage, troubleshooting, reporting, and implementing technical solutions as required. To manage new hire access including but not limited to email ID creation, onboarding software, generating login credentials, and VPN setup. Active Directory management, user permissions and SharePoint access Outlook 365 management with security policy implementation Responsible for monitoring monthly system health checks, server load review, and ensuring data backup on the SQL server. Responsible for testing new applications and configurations, deploying changes across all environments, and providing guidance on service management system capabilities Provide prompt and efficient support to end-users regarding Zoho CRM, Analytics, Books, signs, people and its integrated applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM, RingCentral, Acuity/Squarespace and other Zoho applications. Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions across Zoho CRM, RingCentral, Acuity/Squarespace, and other Zoho apps. Implement and maintain workflows, automation rules, and custom fields in Zoho CRM and integrated systems. To maintain a high standard of professionalism, promptness, and online responsiveness. General correspondence and administration duties Abide by company policies and codes of conduct. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience for this role. Must have strong knowledge on ZOHO One and its features and Ring Central is an advantage. Including CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices is required Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Teams is a must. Knowledgeable in Exchange Online, ATP, SharePoint OneDrive, Power Automate, Forms, Active Directory, and Azure. Has experience in managing CRM projects and cross-departmental collaboration. Ability to work under strict deadlines, flexibility to think of alternative solutions, attention to detail, and highly adaptable to changes. Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment Amenable to shifting schedules and other working conditions as required. Proficient interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to aid clearly and straightforwardly. Strong technical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
