As a Mendix Architect / Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions utilizing the Mendix platform. In terms of qualifications, you should possess extensive experience in architecting, designing, and implementing Mendix applications in an enterprise environment. A deep understanding of Mendix architecture, including proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro, Java, JavaScript, APIs, and databases, is required. Experience with integrating Mendix applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services, APIs, and middleware platforms is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git) is beneficial. Strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements as they relate to Mendix applications are all valuable assets.
