Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency in C#, showcasing a solid understanding of other programming languages is a plus Embrace challenges by meticulously understanding and deconstructing them into comprehensible code Employ an iterative approach to break down challenges and construct solutions with short feedback cycles Investigate existing functionality to refactor and introduce new features seamlessly Take ownership of your work's quality by proactively identifying risks and conducting thorough testing Maintain a continuous learning mindest, consistently innovating and staying up-to-date in your field Thrive in a collaborative team environment, valuing teamwork over individual isolation Required Experience: Solid understanding of the .NET framework and proficiency in C# programming language (8 years+ experience) Expertise in developing desktop applications and backend logic Proficient in unit testing practices and frameworks as well as code reviews You have been responsible for designing and developing large components or solutions Familiarity with agile methodologies, iterative development practices and working in a team Experience with the following is a plus: Proficiency in building web applications using TypeScript and React Knowledge and experience in Domain Specific Languages (DSL) and metamodeling Demonstrated ability to construct frameworks for widespread usage Familiarity with build tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo, and hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment practices Familiarity with multi-platform development, including experience with macOS. Must-Have Mendix Expertise: 5+ years of experience with Mendix development, architecture, and best practices. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Mendix architecture, data modeling, microflows, nanoflows, and integrations. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven experience leading technical design and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Certifications: Mendix Certified Developer or Architect certification (desired). Good-to-Have: Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Responsibility / Expectations from the Role Design and Implement Mendix Architecture: Develop and maintain a robust, scalable, and maintainable architecture for Mendix applications. Lead Technical Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions that meet business needs. Mendix Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Mendix best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. Performance Optimization: Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in Mendix applications. Security and Governance: Ensure Mendix applications comply with security and governance standards. Collaboration and Mentoring: Collaborate with developers, provide guidance, and mentor junior team members. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with Mendix releases, updates, and emerging trends. For Sr Developer: Expectations are Development of pages with company related customization Handling multi module environment SSO set up Email with deeplink and Saml configuration User Management Integration with other systems like PLM, SAP, Databases Reports management with Power-BI and Tableau integration Good knowledge of UI customization Develop the microflows, Sub microflows Nanoflows etc Develop schedulers Develop workflows for better execution Code review of the developers code Unit testing of the developed modules Implementing Mendix best practices Data handling (migration experience) is added advantage
