MENA Tax ACR-Advanced Analyst

As a Staff member at EY, you will play a crucial role in preparing draft statutory financial statements for EY clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing roll-forward standard information request and compliance calendar - Validating data for global statutory reporting and tax compliance engagements - Actively establishing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships both internally within the EY network and externally with clients - Gaining a thorough understanding of business processes and operations adopted by the client to identify their requirements and ensure they are met through regular updates, schedules, and reports - Providing timely and comprehensive answers to clients" queries - Challenging status quo processes and implementing process improvements by providing lean ideas, enforcing an environment with uncompromising controls, and improving quality - Having experience in US GAAP would be an added advantage Skills and attributes for success in this role include: - Good knowledge of IFRS - Working knowledge of ERP systems (Caseware experience would be an added advantage) - Very good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and other financial tools - Interest towards automation Additionally, EY is focused on building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet while building trust in capital markets.
