The CTP Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer-to-plate (CTP) equipment, ensuring high-quality plate output for printing. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues, performing routine maintenance, and working closely with the pre-press team to ensure timely and accurate plate production. Qualifications Experience with operating and maintaining CTP equipment Knowledge of pre-press processes and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards Familiarity with printing industry standards and practices Basic computer skills and ability to work with specialized software Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Previous experience in the printing industry is a plus
