As a Silicon Systems Engineer at Google, you will play a crucial role in developing custom silicon solutions for Google's direct-to-consumer products. You will work alongside a diverse team to innovate and create hardware experiences that enhance the performance, efficiency, and integration of Google's products. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, along with at least 4 years of experience working with System Software of Silicon architecture, GPU, and memory subsystem. Experience in power and performance optimization, as well as programming skills in Python, C, or C++, are also required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, experience in system hardware/software design for power, performance, and thermal optimization, familiarity with mobile SoC architecture, and knowledge of AI/ML or Large Language Model (LLM) on edge devices.
