As a Customer Support Specialist (Paid Plans) at Tide, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our paid account members. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with our SMEs to drive revenue for Tide and deliver value to our members. Your primary objective is to position Tide as the preferred business banking app for SMEs, and you will be expected to work shifts and weekends on a rotational basis. In this role, your key responsibilities will include identifying pain points and addressing the needs and requirements of our members within the capabilities of Tide's offerings. You will collaborate closely with the Plus/Pro team to enhance and evolve the plan's proposition and build strong relationships with our Plus/Pro members by delivering top-notch service. Additionally, you will leverage data-driven insights to monitor usage patterns, identify new opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends to enhance the overall customer experience. To excel in this position, you should be adept at engaging with customers over the phone, handling member queries effectively, and maintaining a customer-centric approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel), a proactive and energetic attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, you should be capable of self-management, multitasking, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams within Tide. It would be advantageous if you have prior experience in Fin-tech, start-ups, or fast-growing tech companies, familiarity with tools like Looker and Zendesk, exposure to subscription or app-based business models, involvement in membership programs, a background in customer service support, and knowledge of analytics for optimizing member plan usage.
