Position : Member QA Engineer

Shift timing : EST time Zone

Note : Looking for candidates who can join us immediate or by Jan 9,2026. And Candidates avaliable for F2F interview will only consider for the role.

As a QA team member, this role will be a part of an agile quality team and responsible for Validating & designing tests for various Quality aspects of a project through functional, integration, system & regression tests. This role would coordinate with various cross functional teams/ stakeholders to meet high quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding requirements through stories Flow diagrams/High level scenarios
• Achieving test coverage through application of

  test case design techniques

• Proficient in designing test runs for various test factors (API, DB, Workflow), integration testing and reviewing test runs.

• When involved in testing, ensure test design is traceable to requirements and achieves a high test execution coverage.

• Knowledgeable on testing methodologies and principles, standards to generate test cases based on a testing strategy.
• Testing software modules by applying various types of testing and efficiently reporting the test results.
• Must be able to define / customize the regression testing process at an application level.
• Proficient in designing stubs / drivers for integration testing.
• Study test strategy documents and validate the test approaches for the strategies defined.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in testing web applications, databases and web services.
• Hands-on experience in functional & non-functional testing.

• Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, Test Coverage , Test Execurions , Error Codes, tools and processe

• Experience in designing test cases for functional, API Testing and system tests.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• E

  xperience of SQL and API Testing tools like Postman

• Knowledge of project tracking tools preferably Jira.
• Exposure to code repository and build management tools like Bitbucket / GitHub and Maven / Jenkins etc.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a go-getter!
• Must be detail oriented with good analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Must have a positive mindset and attitude towards work. He should be able to collaborate with peers and work amicably with everyone.
• Takes initiatives, ownership and responsibilities to help the managers.
