Member Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries, providing professional, responsive, and personalized service. Manage a small Club Ambassador team and provide leadership and guidance to them Responsible for enrolments of walk in and other customers into the Membership. Collection of data from the hotels of potential Members and a possible reach out to them for enrolment. Engagement with Members walking into the hotels to build a relationship. Coordination with the hotel teams for reservation and other requests and responding back to the customers. Ensuring confidentiality of all company information is maintained at all times. Required Skills Set: Candidates between 25 and 35 years of age with a minimum graduation and one- year experience. Excellent social and verbal communication skills in English. Self-motivated, smart, confident with excellent presentation skills. Luxury retail stores, hotels, aviation, banquets, travel sales experience with direct in person contact with the customers would be an added advantage. Willing to work on roasters including weekends. Shift timings Morning Shift: 08 AM to 05 PM Evening Shift: 01 PM to 10 PM 6 days a week, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as fixed working days. Employees can take their week off between Monday to Thursday. **5 days off a month. This role focuses on recruiting, engaging, and retaining volunteers, fostering professional communities, and enhancing the overall impact of EC-Councils cybersecurity ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strategic and relationship-driven professional with a passion for community building, volunteer engagement, and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Volunteer Recruitment & Management: Develop and implement a volunteer recruitment strategy to attract cybersecurity professionals, educators, and students. Identify, onboard, and support volunteers who contribute to EC-Councils global programs, events, and initiatives. Maintain a comprehensive database of volunteers, tracking participation, contributions, and impact. Establish clear volunteer roles, responsibilities, and expectations to enhance engagement and retention. Community Engagement & Growth: Build and nurture local, regional, and global cybersecurity communities under the EC-Council umbrella. Develop and execute engagement programs, networking events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for volunteers and community members. Qualifications & Experience Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 12-15 years of experience in managing membership associations, communities, and volunteer networks. Strong experience in organizing large-scale industry events and professional networking forums. Expertise in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Proficiency in CRM tools, membership management platforms, and digital engagement strategies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills & Attributes Experience in the cybersecurity or IT sector is a plus. Ability to manage global professional communities and multi-stakeholder initiatives. Strong negotiation skills for partnerships and sponsorships. Passion for building and leading professional networks.
