Role & responsibilities Lesson Planning and Instruction: Plan and deliver lessons in the assigned subjects, following the school curriculum and educational standards. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and support their learning. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and observations. Provide feedback and support to help students improve and succeed. Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. Manage student behavior and address any issues that arise. Curriculum Implementation: Implement the prescribed curriculum and adapt it as needed to meet the needs of students. Prepare and update lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on student achievements and areas for improvement.
