Melting Supervisor

( Male only with Steel experience) Key Responsibilities: Supervising Melting Operations: Overseeing the entire melting process, including furnace charging, melting, and pouring, ensuring proper operation of equipment according to process parameters. Team Leadership & Management: Leading and motivating a team of melting operators, providing guidance on technical aspects, ensuring they follow safety and operational procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of molten metal, ensuring it meets specified temperature, composition, and quality standards, and coordinating with quality control for testing and analysis. Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety policies and procedures, ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe working environment. Production Monitoring & Optimization: Monitoring furnace parameters, tapping temperatures, and pouring schedules, ensuring adherence to production schedules and minimizing downtime. Equipment Maintenance & Monitoring: Ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of melting equipment, including furnaces, crucibles, and refractories, and addressing any issues promptly. Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining accurate production records, consumption logs, and furnace performance data, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Training & Development: Training new operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices, and contributing to the development of new supervisors. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Raw Material Management: Ensuring the correct amount of scrap metal, alloys, and other materials are loaded into the furnace according to specified recipes and procedures. #Fooding & lodging will be provided by the company Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
