About Us:
We are a leading foundry specializing in CI (Cast Iron) and SGI (Spheroidal Graphite Iron) castings, serving industries such as automotive, pumps, valves, compressors, and transmissions. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Melting Supervisor to oversee and manage the melting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day melting operations for CI & SGI castings.
• Monitor furnace performance, charge mix, and melting cycles to ensure quality output.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, alloys, and scrap.
• Maintain records of melting operations, consumption, and output.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Train and guide furnace operators and helpers for efficiency and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in melting processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Foundry Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in melting operations (Induction Furnace preferred) in CI/SGI casting foundry.
• Good knowledge of charge calculations, metallurgy, and casting defects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workforce and ensure production targets are met.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
