Job Type: Work from Office 🔎 Job Summary : We are looking for an HR and Admin Executive who will play a key role in the organization’s growth by overseeing and enhancing HR practices and administrative processes. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, policy development, payroll management and office administration. 📝 Key Responsibilities: 👥Recruitment & Onboarding: ✔️Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. ✔️Prepare onboarding schedules and materials, ensuring smooth induction for new hires. ✔️Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. 🤝 Employee Relations & Engagement: ✔️Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. ✔️Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. ✔️Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance retention. 📊 Performance Management: ✔️Assist in developing performance evaluation systems. ✔️Coordinate and monitor the appraisal process, providing support for feedback and development plans. 💰 Payroll & Benefits: ✔️Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. ✔️Handle benefits administration, including insurance, leave policies, etc. ✔️Maintain records of employee attendance, leaves, and absences. 📚 Training & Development: ✔️Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. ✔️Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and skill-enhancement sessions. 🏢 Administration: 🗄️ Office Management: ✔️Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. ✔️Ensure the office space is organized and comfortable for employees. 📦 Documentation & Record Keeping: ✔️Maintain employee records and other company documentation in an organized manner. ✔️Ensure compliance with relevant Indian laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies. 📋 General Admin Support: ✔️Assist with any other administrative needs or projects as required. 🎯 Skills & Qualifications: 🧩 Experience: ✔️Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR & Admin role, preferably in an IT company or a fast-paced environment. 🧠 Skills: ✔️Strong knowledge of HR policies, India laws, and administrative processes. ✔️Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software. ✔️Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). ✔️Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ✔️Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. ✔️Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work. 🎓 Preferred Qualifications: ✔️Certification in HR will be a plus. ✔️Experience in using HR software tools, Linked Recruiter.
