This is a remote position. The o9 Configuration Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire solution design process, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing, and communication with stakeholders. As the o9 Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, configuring solutions, ensuring smooth deployment, and providing user training. To excel in this role, you should have domain expertise with at least 3 years of experience in control tower, MEIO, financial planning, production scheduling, demand planning, or supply planning within the retail or consumer goods industry. A deep understanding of retail planning processes, challenges, and best practices is essential for success. Your key responsibilities will include participating in business requirement sessions, documenting processes, and designing solutions based on industry best practices. You will collaborate with architects to create functional and technical designs, document data requirements, and configure the o9 platform to address complex supply chain issues. Additionally, you will use mathematical models, statistical techniques, and optimization algorithms to analyze large datasets for actionable insights. As the o9 Configuration Lead, you will work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful project planning and execution. You will be involved in planning, developing, and delivering training for both Super Users and End Users within a global user base. In this role as the Inventory Analyst , you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the transportation processes between distribution centers (DCs), retail clubs & ship to home. This position requires strong logistical and operational skills to ensure the efficient movement of goods, timely deliveries, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities : Recommend inventory targets at each supply chain node in line with MPS lean principals. market segmentation and Service Level Agreements for a portfolio Establish safety stock levels for each node in the network according to the agreed method within the inventory policy (e.g.. SEIO. MEIO) Measure performance to identify gaps vs financial target Evaluate exceptions/scenarios in inventory based on Inventory Health Support the Supply Planner in maintaining healthy inventory within upper/lower boundaries at customer nodes (DCs. RDC. etc.) based on system netted demand Support the MRP Planner in maintaining healthy R&P inventory within upper/lower boundaries at inbound (DCs. RDC. etc.) based on lead times Review inventory performance metrics. identify issues & improvement opportunities and liaise with Supply Planner.
