Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and safety regulations. Manage site resources including materials, equipment, and workforce to optimize productivity. Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address challenges, and align teams on deliverables. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee site handover, inspections, and final completion documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Proven experience (3–10 years, depending on level) as a Site Supervisor in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management tools. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
