Proven experience (3–10 years, depending on level) as a Site Supervisor in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management tools. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
