Job Title: GM / VP Sales | Cosmetics & Personal Care Industry (Only Experienced Candidates) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute national & regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Lead a large sales team across India; build strong performance-driven culture. Forecast and plan SKU-wise targets, schemes, and promotions. Expand distribution network in general trade, modern trade & e-commerce. Launch new products and drive market penetration with structured campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and consumer preferences. Review MIS reports, track KPIs, and present performance to senior management. Key Requirements: Must have worked as GM/VP Sales in a cosmetics or personal care company . Strong understanding of general trade & retail distribution model. Hands-on experience with team building, sales automation tools & analytics. Proven track record in market expansion and top-line growth. Should have handled multi-region or PAN India sales operations.
