Hiring for OEM Plant Email us : job@realplacementgroup.com "Job Description: Inspect electrical panels (LT/HT panels, control panels, etc.) at various stages of production.Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.Perform inward inspection of components (MCCBs, relays, contactors, busbars, etc.).Conduct final quality checks before dispatch.Prepare Inspection Test Reports (ITR) and maintain QC documentation.Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ISO standards, and 5S practices.Coordinate with production and testing team to resolve quality issues.Handle customer inspections and third-party audits as needed.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). Required Skills and Qualifications:Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance for electrical panels.Good knowledge of IS/IEC standards related to panel manufacturing.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and layout drawings.Familiar with tools like multimeter, megger, hipot tester, etc.Strong documentation and communication skills.Working knowledge of ISO 9001 documets & 5S/Lean Quality Tools"
