Follow standard operating procedure for data handling & processing. Using Company SAP (System Application Process) to save all private data information privacy. Input, verify & update data into various computer Systems. Performs Systems check & issues to IT if necessary. Performs monthly & Half yearly inventory stock whole market items. Monthly performs market inventory stock reports, vendor & supplier data. Working with Ms excel formula, Vlookup(), Hookup(), Pivot Table, Dget, data filter & validation, slicer, sumif, countif etc. Support in generating Invoice record & inventory logs. Coordinate with departments for data related task & requirements Prepare & distribute routine reports for CDM & management. Generate Local Purchase Orders, Return Purchase Orders, Migo & Miro. Communicate Supplier & merchandiser regarding products & Short Expiry. Maintain Daily Sales, wastage, consumption Report & Daily Inventory Stock. Maintain zero stock items or more stock & MSL (must stck list). make weekend deal, mega deal, monthly promotion offers board Prize tag. Make offer board PDF using mail merge excel file. Handle all section daily wastage, consumption & ware house expiry items. Performs Head Cashier roll collect cashier daily sale report, sort & excess in Loan amount. Also work as Store Keeper, receiving items by PDT device or manual. Handle all Type of Manual or received By PDT device Invoice, GRN & Credit note purchasing from supplier, vendor & local company. Also work as Counter Supervisor to solve staff items product Query.
