Job description Preference & responsibilities Preferred candidates from Coimbatore or willing to work remotely from Coimbatore. Must be flexible to work GCC workdays (Sunday to Thursday) and align with Gulf time zones. Should have a strong engineering background (B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Civil, or related fields). Proficient in AutoCAD for design drafting, layout preparation, and modification. Prepare cost estimations and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications. Track site work progress using CAD drawings and updated BOQs for project reporting. Handle drawing revisions and change management in coordination with engineering teams. Create and maintain technical documentation including estimates, proposals, and project reports. Draft professional emails, quotations, and client communications with clarity and accuracy. Work closely with Gulf-based clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide updates. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and presentations. Participate in team activities and contribute to cross-functional coordination and project success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
