Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage debt recovery through effective communication with customers, negotiation, and legal action when necessary. Conduct field collections by visiting defaulting borrowers' homes or offices to recover outstanding payments. Identify potential risks associated with each loan account and develop strategies for successful recovery. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursements.
