This role involves managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Maintain a clean and organized reception area Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning Assist with office supply management Coordinate meetings and appointments Assist with event planning and execution Handle travel arrangements as needed Other Duties: Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications and Skills: Any Graduate Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and ability to multitask Positive and professional demeanour Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
