As a Training Manager at Wealth Clinic in Noida, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth onboarding and continuous development of our employees. You will play a crucial role in conducting orientation programs for new joiners, organizing behavioral training sessions, and performing training need analysis to enhance the skills of our workforce. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating month-end training reports, facilitating technical training, and preparing presentations for various meetings such as SIT, APEX, and T&C. Team building activities for the CBRE team will be a key aspect of your role, along with tracking safety observation schedules, conducting surprise audits, and creating modules for training programs. Your contribution to the reward and recognition programs will help in boosting employee morale and motivation. We believe in the continuous growth and development of our employees, and hence, we are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree and at least five to eight years of experience in Learning and Development.
