The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer needs and the company’s technical solutions, drive sales growth, and maintain long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to target new markets and clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies. Technical Support & Solutioning Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and trials at customer locations. Troubleshoot and resolve client technical issues in coordination with R&D team. Market & Product Development Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development or improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Plastic Engineering 7–10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in [industry: e.g., chemicals, industrial equipment, plastics, etc.]. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer engagement. Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into practical business solutions.
