We're Hiring Technical Officer in Pune Industry: Concrete / Construction / Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Officer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, maintaining QA/QC protocols, and supporting technical operations across our RMC units. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with architects and consultants to understand customer requirements. * Address and manage escalated customer complaints related to quality. * Assist the AGM – Technical in maintaining quality systems and monitoring product performance for early detection of potential issues. Ensure strict compliance with all QA/QC protocols as per BOS (Basic Operating Standards). * Monitor and oversee the testing of all concrete-making materials at RMX plants. * Conduct random quality checks and lab trials at the unit level. * Verify that all raw materials meet relevant Indian Standards and internal company norms for quality and quantity. * Participate in the vendor qualification process for all input materials.
