We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will drive integrated marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, support business growth, and engage target audiences. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute impactful strategies across digital, print, and event channels Key Responsibilities - - Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness. - Utilizing all the marketing related platforms for brand awareness and lead generation. - Create, update, and manage marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and sales materials. - Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to ensure timely and on-brand delivery of marketing assets. - Manage social media campaigns across key platforms to grow engagement and reach. - Support the organization and promotion of events, webinars ensuring seamless execution. - Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications. - Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns. Requirements - - Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in a mid-sized or fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of marketing strategy & branding. - Solid understanding and application of Social Media, SEM/SEO & Email Marketing - Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools (Canva, Google Analytics etc.) - Excellent communication (written & verbal), organizational, and analytical skills. - Creative mind-set with attention to detail and a passion for driving results.
